Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing & Creative
 who can help us shape our narrative, showcase customer success, and bring our platform to life.

If you want to define a category, shape market perception, and work directly with the founder and leadership team — this is the role.

As Senior Product Marketing & Creative, you will be responsible for connecting 
product → customer → market
, and building the narrative that positions Goapp as the most complete growth ecosystem for service businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex product capabilities into simple, compelling stories.
  • Craft narrative frameworks for industries, features, and use cases.
  • Create visual systems that communicate Goapp as a full ecosystem.
  • Produce high-quality visual content (presentations, videos outlines, diagrams, storyboards).
  • Direct brand visuals and identity evolution.
  • Partner with marketing to create C-level content, deep-dive insights, and industry materials.
  • Design interactive demo flows and story-based product walkthroughs.
  • Create visual prototypes for new onboarding and customer experiences.
  • Build assets that help sales present Goapp clearly and confidently.
  • Interview customers and turn their workflows and transformations into visual case studies.
  • Build industry playbooks, before–after stories, and transformation mapping.
  • Work with product to understand roadmap and craft product stories.
  • Work with sales + CS to unify messaging and experience.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience in creative roles with strategic responsibility
  • Strong in design (Figma, Adobe, visual communication)
  • Strong in narrative (writing, storytelling, structuring ideas)
  • Ability to work with product concepts and turn them into visuals
  • Experience in SaaS or complex digital products is a huge plus
  • Ability to think like a strategist but execute like a designer
  • Comfortable working directly with CEO and senior team
  • Able to produce high-quality output fast
  • Bonus: experience in product marketing, UX, or creative direction
  • Bonus: Familiar with WhatsApp, CRM, automation, or AI-driven products
