Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

to lead our SEO and SEM initiatives.

Role Overview

The
Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across search engines and online channels. This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive organic and paid growth, focusing on user acquisition, visibility, and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Develop and oversee the execution of SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and website ranking.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics (traffic, CTR, keyword ranking, etc.).

SEM (Search Engine Marketing):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Work with creative and analytics teams to ensure ad copy, landing pages, and CTAs are conversion-driven.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience

in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and SEM.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale paid campaigns and organic growth projects.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as
Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Experience in the
gaming, e-commerce, or tech industry
