About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing specialist to join our dynamic team at K-Style Hub. This full-time position is based in Tangerang Banten and will play a crucial role in driving our online marketing and digital presence.

Job Description:

  • Responsible and handling ads activities on e-commerce Shopee/Tokopedia/Tiktok Shop (promotional planning, ads, sales report)
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok Ads).
  • Understanding Digital Trends, both Social media & SEO & Paid Ads
  • Increase sales conversion through email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Manage digital ad budgets, analyze performance against sales conversions, and create monthly ads report.

Requirements:

  • Experience minimal 2 years in the digital marketing (Paid Ads: Meta Ads, Titktok Ads, Google Ads etc)
  • Experience in marketing & digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads & Meta Ads, Canva/CapCut, Hubspot, PPT/Slides)
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, haircare, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in communication, business, marketing or related discipline.
  • Proficient in English, both writing and speaking
  • Understand trend demand and market insights
  • Can join immediately
