We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team. As we continue to expand our presence in the local market, we are seeking an experienced professional who can drive our digital marketing strategies and enhance our brand visibility through strategic social media campaigns and effective use of Meta Ads. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a rapidly evolving business environment, where creativity and strategic thinking are highly valued.

In this role as Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Managing and optimizing social media platforms to increase brand engagement and follower growth.

  • Creating and implementing effective Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business strategies.

  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.

  • Staying updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive

We are looking for a candidate who embodies the following qualifications:

  • Strong branding management background

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Between 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and Meta Ads campaigns.

  • Proficient in English

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Meta Ads

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

  • A passion for innovation and a desire to continuously learn and adapt to new trends in marketing
