Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Kami mencari Product Manager yang berpengalaman di industri mobile games untuk memimpin pengembangan dan pertumbuhan produk game kami. Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam menyusun visi produk, mengatur roadmap, menganalisis performa game, serta bekerja sama dengan tim desain dan engineering untuk menciptakan pengalaman bermain terbaik bagi pemain.

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

  • Menyusun visi dan roadmap produk untuk game mobile.
  • Mengelola backlog fitur, prioritas pengembangan, dan memastikan eksekusi sesuai jadwal.
  • Melakukan analisis KPI Game.
  • Melakukan riset pasar dan analisis kompetitor dalam industri mobile gaming.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim design game, developer, marketing, dan data analyst .
  • Mengelola peluncuran game, fitur baru, balancing, serta peningkatan konten secara berkelanjutan.
  • Menggunakan data untuk mengidentifikasi perbaikan produk dan peluang pertumbuhan.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal S1 (Teknik Informatika, Game Design, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait).
  • Bisa berbahasa inggris.
  • Pengalaman minimal 2-4 tahun sebagai Product Manager di mobile game atau posisi serupa.
  • Pemahaman mendalam tentang mobile gaming, terutama game Free-to-Play.
  • Menguasai strategi monetisasi game (IAP, Rewarded ads, Subscription).
  • Mampu membaca data dan menggunakan tools analitik.
  • Kemampuan komunikasi tinggi dan mampu bekerja lintas tim.
  • Passion terhadap game dan memahami perilaku pemain.
  • Pengalaman dengan Agile/Scrum menjadi nilai tambah besar.
