Baskit turns every medium and small-sized wholesaler into a super-powered mini-distributor by providing sales enablement software, go-to-market services, and supply chain financing.

We are hiring: Product Manager (AI)

We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems that power Baskit's operations as we expand across Java and beyond.

This role will work closely with the Head of Product and play a critical role in designing and optimizing the core infrastructure behind our ERP, Cashflow, and Risk platforms.

If you have 4+ of experience as a Product Manager (Supply chain management or ERP background preferred), strong proficiency in leadership/management role, and a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you

IMPORTANT: We are only considering candidates who are able to commute to our BSD office.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the product roadmap in alignment with business goals.

  • Translate complex user and business needs into clear product requirements and deliverables.

  • Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and strategic fit.

  • Apply strong critical thinking to define trade-offs, edge cases, and execution risks.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders for successful delivery.

  • Monitor product performance, interpret data, and iterate based on insights.

  • Act as the voice of the customer while balancing internal constraints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of product management experience in AI, ERP, Supply Chain, or SaaS industries, preferable having experience built product from 0-1.
  • Critical thinking, business-savvy decision-making, strategic problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
  • Product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, similar), Agile/Scrum, AI wireframing (bolt, ), basic understanding of APIs and SaaS architecture, and familiarity with AI use cases.
  • Native fluency in Bahasa, Conversational in English.
