Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Guide clients through smooth transactions with personalized service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic negotiations, client engagement, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling renewals and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Manage client databases, follow up with leads in real time, and ensure timely responses through various channels.
  • Identify and acquire land and property opportunities across Bali through market research and networking.
  • Source new property listings by building relationships with owners, developers, and investors.
  • Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide clients with up-to-date insights.
  • Conduct property tours and provide expert insights during site visits.
  • Support content creation by hosting property tours and collaborating with the Social Media team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. You will be the face of Aluna.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales
  • Excellent understanding of Bali's real estate market
  • Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and digital communication tools
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Must be based in Bali and able to drive a motorbike for in-person property viewings
