POSITION: SALES AGENT (PERERENAN)

Qualification:

  • Indonesian only.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in property sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and professionally support them throughout the sales journey.
  • Proactive, service-oriented work style - even with a consistent flow of company-provided leads, the agent is expected to take initiative, maintain timely communication, and support clients throughout their decision-making process.
  • Strong ownership mindset: responsibility for personal results, consistency, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy for managing sales agreements and administrative tasks.
  • Positive attitude and willingness
