Based in a Special Economic Zone (KEK)

Full-time | On-site

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Building Maintenance & Improvement Section Head to lead the maintenance and improvement of our facilities within the Special Economic Zone. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all buildings, utilities, and infrastructure operate efficiently, safely, and in line with our development standards.

What You'll Do?

  1. To lead, plan, and manage the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all buildings and facilities within the Special Economic Zone.
  2. Ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and compliance with SEZ and government regulations.
  3. Focuses on operational excellence, preventive maintenance, asset value preservation, and continuous improvement to support investor satisfaction and sustainable zone development.

What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or construction projects.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and contractors.
  4. Strong understanding of M&E systems, utilities, and building infrastructure.
  5. Leadership skills with hands-on problem-solving ability.
  6. Excellent communication, planning, and budgeting skills.
  7. Experience working within an industrial park, property management, or Special Economic Zone is a plus.
