Job Qualifications:

• Education D3 (Minimum)
• Experience Minimum 2 years in Technical Purchasing, well understanding about Electrical, laboratory equipment and materials safety.
• Negotiating Skill
• QCS preparation
• Business Administration
• English & Indonesia Language
• Computer (SAP & Ms Office)
• Business Understanding International Trading

Job Decriptions:

• Monitoring & Controlling

To monitor, organize, allocate, actuate and control the incoming requisitions for technical goods, services, Lab equipment and chemical, safety equipment's, and contract agreements related with Technical and Laboratory for Gabus Plant and non-plant in order to meet or fulfil the re questioner's deadline regarding the delivery time.
- Clarification, Cooperation, Analysing

To communicate with users/requisitioners for getting the right and complete data specification in order to find the right item as requested.
- Order Processing

To find at least 3 offers from reliable suppliers locally or abroad, comparing, negotiating to the best price, to be able to create Purchase Order.
- Administration

To distribute purchasing document to Accounting Dep. to guarantee in time a men on due date. To take record of purchasing data into each product card/computer to know the price trend. To monitor purchase orders with suppliers to have the goods delivered as per our request. To monitor import custom clearance for technical purchase from overseas. To monitor all purchase orders are released by Dept. Head of Engineering and Production.

To file all purchasing documents complete with supporting documents such as offers, correspondence, and GRN in order to secure the filing duration of 10 ears as er QM need.
