You tie together all the individual parts of your content strategy – writing, SEO, promotion, analysis, and optimization – with a clearly defined content workflow. You are responsible for the management of the creation and production of online and offline marketing content based on specific goals & objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives most efficiently.

What your current role should be like?

• Craft bilingual content in bahasa Indonesia and English across multiple owned and external channels, including websites, email marketing, sales collateral, social media, press releases, and videos.
• Manage content workflows, including scheduling, editing, and coordinating feedback rounds with team members and key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain social media content for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more, ensuring alignment with brand voice and engagement goals.
• Develop content for consumer engagement activities such as events, seminars, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to improving the brand's writing standards, style guides, tools, and methodologies.

What will you do?

• Take the lead on crafting & developing a wide variety of value-added, benefit-oriented, and engaging content for our websites, email marketing, sales collateral, social media, press releases, and videos.
• Conduct regular competitor research to understand competitor communication and customer journeys within the industry.
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our brand writing standards, style guides, tools, and methodology.
• Ensure that all marketing and sales communication is executed to the highest standards by acting as the final gatekeeper and champion of customer communications.
• Manage communication, schedule, and processing of edits and rounds of proof with the team and other stakeholders.
• Creation of materials for corporate communication activities such as brochures, presentations, etc.
• Create and update social media content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. 
• Writing content for technical products as specifications, summaries, and technical details to attract customers. 
• Making content for consumer engagement activities such as camps, seminars, presentations, and campaigns.

Requirements

What do you have?

• Bachelor's or Master's in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline. MBA is preferable from premier Universities.
• Attentive to details and good communication in English.
• 5+ years of experience in direct copywriting or producing content building audiences either online or offline. 
• You have exposure to Fintech and/or Digital marketplace products and have a background in an early-stage consumer-facing product company.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities consistently meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive.
• Contribute to social media postings and management of social media accounts and content calendar.
• Work with product marketing and sales, develop content strategies and materials to support the sales cycle.
• Keep up with current industry trends and topics to ensure effective communications.
• Experience with Web Content Management Systems, HTML, Marketo, and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Content Optimization System.
• Ability to create, update, and maintain training documents.
