Company Description

cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such as SERPs Trackers and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO products and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.

A. Rules and Responsibilities

  • Produce clear, accurate, and brand-aligned copy based on the provided brief.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure factual accuracy and contextual relevance.
  • Create copy for various formats, including landing pages, websites, and apps.
  • Maintain consistency in tone of voice and copywriting quality across all deliverables.
  • Complete all assignments within the agreed timelines.
  • Provide revisions as needed to meet quality standards and team expectations.
  • Handle all project materials and information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Communicate clearly, promptly, and professionally throughout the collaboration.

B. Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of UX copywriting experience is preferable.
  • Proficient in using Figma for copy placement, including the ability to navigate design files, update text components, and ensure copy fits within existing layouts.
  • Strong writing fundamentals with clear structure, proper grammar, and minimal errors.
  • Solid understanding of UX copywriting principles, storytelling, and persuasive writing techniques.
  • Ability to follow briefs, brand guidelines, and content SOPs.
  • Strong research skills to support accuracy and credibility of content.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

C. Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced in writing unique copies for industries such as technology, finance, health, travel, FMCG, oil and gas, e-commerce, and more.
  • Strong creative instincts for developing impactful headlines, shaping value-led messages, and producing copy that reflects both brand identity and user expectations.
  • Basic understanding of SEO copywriting and UI/UX.
  • Ability to adapt tone of voice for different brands and audiences.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects at the same time with good coordination.
  • Ability to provide multiple copy variations for each component.
  • Strong capability to explain the rationale behind each copy choice.
  • Comfortable collaborating with UX designers, PMs, and engineers to ensure overall user experience.
