Freelance IT Copywriting Expert

We're looking for a
Freelance IT Copywriting Expert
to support our ongoing marketing campaigns through compelling and research-driven content creation. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and writing skills to produce persuasive marketing materials aligned with our brand and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop engaging and insightful
    sales and marketing collaterals
    , including
    slide decks, one-pagers,
    and
    ebooks/whitepapers (lead magnets)
    to support ongoing campaigns.
  2. Conduct
    deep research
    on technical and business topics related to
    IT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity
    (e.g., managed services, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization).
  3. Transform complex technical insights into clear, impactful narratives that resonate with decision-makers and business audiences.
  4. Create strong
    headlines, logical story flows,
    and
    effective CTAs
    to enhance content performance.
  5. Collaborate with internal marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all assets.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience
    in IT or technical copywriting for B2B audiences.
  2. Strong
    research skills
    — able to synthesize insights from both
    technical and business sources
    into concise and valuable content.
  3. Excellent command of
    copywriting techniques
    , including headline creation, logical structuring, and persuasive writing.
  4. Understanding of
    IT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity concepts
    such as managed services, cloud migration, and digital transformation.
  5. Fluent writing in English
    (a strong plus).
  6. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality output.

Scope of Work

  1. Develop
    slide deck
    and
    one-pager
    content per assigned topic.
  2. Create
    draft content
    for
    lead magnets (ebooks/whitepapers)
    to support campaign initiatives.
