Freelance Senior Talent Acquisition
who will play a key role in driving our leadership and senior-level hiring initiatives. This person will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent for Head-level and above positions. You'll act as a strategic advisor in the recruitment process — ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and strong alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, focusing on senior and strategic roles (Sr Lead, Head, and above).
- Define and refine selection criteria, assessment frameworks, and hiring strategies aligned with company and team objectives.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from talent mapping, sourcing, screening, and assessments to final offer and onboarding coordination.
- Source high-caliber candidates through diverse channels, including professional networks, LinkedIn, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct in-depth screening and behavioral interviews to assess leadership capabilities, business acumen, and cultural fit.
- Advise hiring managers on market insights, talent availability, and competitive compensation trends.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and career fairs to strengthen our employer brand and leadership talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast quarterly and annual senior-level hiring plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition, with
proven success in senior-level or leadership hiring
. - Strong understanding of talent mapping, executive search methodologies, and interview techniques for leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative influencing skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple business units.
- Background in
headhunting or recruitment consultancy
is a strong plus. - Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Preferably available to join immediately.
