About Us

PT Youngsoo Pratama proudly represents Xexymix Indonesia, a premium activewear brand from Korea that blends fashion, functionality, and lifestyle. We are now looking for more than 1 Hybrid Content Creator — individuals or even
a small creative group
— who are passionate about
sports, fashion, and lifestyle content
.

Responsibilities

  • Plan creative monthly content ideas based on trends & personal creative concepts (storytelling, UGC, trending formats, carousel, etc.).
  • Produce photo, video, and copywriting content aligned with brand identity.
  • Support content creation
    during events
    and deliver same-day edits when needed.
  • Collaborate with the social media & marketing team to ensure message consistency.
  • Track and review performance of TikTok/IG content (views, engagement, insights).
  • Continuously learn new creative tools, formats, and trends to improve quality.

Qualifications

  • Experienced / Active students or fresh graduates in DKV, Multimedia, Marketing, or Communication preferred.
  • Prior internship/freelance/fulltime experience in creative content.
  • Skilled in using editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong photography, videography, and copywriting basics.
  • Creative, passionate, extroverted, communicative, and adaptive to trends.
  • Familiar with social media platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Preferred background: startup, creative agency, e-commerce, or fashion/beauty/F&B brands.
