PT Panca Mitra Prima Sejahtera (Watch Club) is looking for a Content Creator to develop and deliver engaging, informative, and visually appealing content that strengthens the company's brand, drives product awareness, and supports sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop concept, production and digital content publication.
  2. Manage the consistency of the brand visual and tone.
  3. Research latest trend to increase engagement.
  4. Monitoring performance of content and deliver insight.
  5. Working together with marketing team to support campaign.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience as content creator —preferably in fashion, lifestyle, luxury goods, or consumer electronics.
  2. Minimum bachelor degree in communication, design, marketing or other related major.
  3. Experience working with brands.
  4. Possess content creation skill (Photo, video, reels, carousel, TikTok)
  5. Able to operate basic editing tools such as Adobe, Capcut, Canva or other similar tools.
  6. Understanding of digital communication strategy, social media trend, algorithm, basic SEO and digital insight (Reach, engagement, CTR, ER, etc).
