What you'll Do :

  • Responsible for content planning, producing, editing and posting Social Media
  • Do copywriting for the content video (including the video script and caption)
  • Research trends on Social Media and identify strong hooks for our niches
  • Edit videos with fast, engaging structure
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative to maintain cohesive content pillars
  • Deliver content with consistent quality and reliability
  • Being a talent for Lesca Gadai Premier Social Media account

Qualifications

  • Based in Jabodetabek & willing to come PIK
  • Experienced working as a content creator, copywriter or related creative fields
  • Creative, innovative and excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of Marketing, Social Media Management, and Digital Content Trends
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a mobile phone/camera that meets company standards
  • Experience in Content Strategy and audience-targeted research
  • Proficiency in Proofreading and Editing
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Familiarity with photography or graphic design tools is a plus
