4. Develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice
5. Drive the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree of related fields from reputable universities
2. Confident in talking and writing in English
3. At least 2-3 years relevant work experience in advertising or start up company
4. A creative design-thinking and problem-solving mindset that can work in increments and exponents
5. Strong team-player; possesses team synergy skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in a cross-functional team; ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
