Job Description:

  1. Write and refine ad copy for various formats, including digital ads (display, social media, search engines), print ads, and other marketing materials.
  2. Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice to attract customer attention.
  3. Conduct research to understand the target audience, product features, market trends, and competitive landscape to create relevant and impactful messaging.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams, designers, commerce and other stakeholders to develop cohesive and effective ads campaigns.
  5. Developing multiple versions of ads copy to test effectiveness and optimize performance based on data-driven insights.
  6. Use SEO principles (incorporating relevant keywords and phrases into copy to enhance search engine visibility and drive traffic) to maximize copys reach.
  7. Contributing to the development of creative concepts and ideas for ad campaigns.
  8. Analyzing ad performance metrics and making adjustments to improve the effectiveness of the copy.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a copywriter or related role in media, consumer goods, retail industry.
  2. Minimal 3 years of working experience as copywriter.
  3. Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging copy.
  4. Ability to generate original ideas and concepts that capture attention and drive action.
  5. Ability to adjust writing style and tone based on different platforms, audiences, and campaign goals.
  6. Experience with ads platforms and analytics tools can also be beneficial.
