We're currently seeking a
Conversion Growth Copywriter Manager;
a strategic storyteller who blends creativity with data-driven precision. You'll lead the voice that converts curiosity into clicks, and clicks into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-converting copy for landing pages, product descriptions, ads, email campaigns, and social media
  • Analyze conversion data, user behavior, and engagement metrics to continuously optimize messaging
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and performance teams to align creative content with conversion goals
  • Conduct A/B testing for headlines, CTAs, and copy variations to improve funnel performance
  • Build and maintain a brand tone that is persuasive, consistent, and emotionally resonant across all channels
  • Lead a small team of copywriters and content specialists to drive measurable growth outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, English, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce copywriting, performance marketing, or conversion optimization
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital funnels, and A/B testing frameworks
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
  • Proficient with analytics and AI-based copy tools
  • Strategic thinker with creative flair and strong business acumen
  • Portfolio showing proven conversion results
