Kami mencari Channel Sales – Cybersecurity yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan penjualan melalui channel partner, distributor, dan kerja sama strategis. Posisi ini berfokus pada pengelolaan relasi partner, pengembangan ekosistem channel, serta pencapaian target penjualan solusi keamanan siber untuk segmen enterprise.
Tanggung Jawab
- Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi penjualan berbasis channel untuk mencapai target pendapatan.
- Mengelola dan mengembangkan hubungan dengan distributor, reseller, dan partner teknologi.
- Melakukan enablement partner, termasuk onboarding, koordinasi aktivitas, dan program go-to-market bersama.
- Mengelola pipeline penjualan, forecasting, dan deal registration melalui channel.
- Mengidentifikasi dan membuka peluang bisnis baru melalui partnership.
- Melakukan evaluasi performa partner dan menyampaikan business review secara berkala.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal untuk mendukung proses penjualan dan delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Bisnis, Manajemen, IT, atau setara).
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang:
- Channel Sales
- Partner Sales
- Alliance Sales
- IT / Cybersecurity Sales
- Memahami model penjualan channel (distributor–reseller–end customer).
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan relationship management yang baik.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan pipeline penjualan.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan mengelola banyak partner.
Nilai Tambah
- Pengalaman di industri cybersecurity, network security, atau enterprise IT.
- Memiliki jaringan partner / reseller IT.
- Pengalaman menangani tender atau procurement.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris.
