We are seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to identify, onboard, and grow channel partners, enabling mutual success through strategic collaboration. This role is pivotal in expanding market reach and driving revenue through indirect sales channels.

Description
- Develop and execute channel partner acquisition strategies to expand the partner network.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners to maximize engagement and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design partner programs, incentives, and training initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to attract new partners.
Profile
- Proven experience in channel sales, or partner management within the technology sector.
- More than 5+ years experience in solution selling.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
