ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Sales Executive and Business Development Executive, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Channel Sales Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with channel partners, executing sales strategies, identifying opportunities to expand the company's customer base, and driving business growth through effective channel sales. Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a key role in driving company growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term business. The role involves frequent communication with partners and customers to provide excellent service and support, as well as achieving sales targets and reporting on performance.
Qualification
- Proficiency in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners to drive revenue growth is an ADVANTAGE.
- The Channel Sales Executive must be able to "translate technology into business value" for end users.
- 1–3 years of experience in Channel Sales, partner management, or end users related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to achieve targets and maintain client satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with partners and internal teams
- Basic understanding of
IT solutions / Cybersecurity
is a plus - Able to work independently and adapt well in a hybrid work environment.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a relevant field or sales position is beneficial
- Own transport is and advantage for mobility to meet potential customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience
