Job Description

The Channel Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing channel marketing initiatives to drive sales performance and improve brand visibility across distribution channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies that support sales growth and strengthen brand presence through distribution channels.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, product managers, and external partners to ensure alignment on promotional activities and messaging.
  • Support data management and utilization of Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support revenue growth.
  • Create and execute tactical sell-through programs to support distribution network expansion (geo-expansion).
  • Coordinate the production and timely distribution of Point of Sales Materials (POSM) to distributors, retail partners, and authorized shops.
  • Ensure correct POSM placement and in-store visibility in accordance with layout guidelines and store classifications (e.g. flagship, gold, silver).
  • Monitor execution in the field and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure effective implementation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to channel marketing performance and objectives, and provide recommendations for improvement.
