Job Description

  • Establish And Nurture A Skilled Cybersecurity Team Divided Into Two Core Functions - Consulting And Technical.
  • Recruit, Train, And Mentor Professionals With Diverse Expertise.
  • Provide Strong Leadership, Guidance, And Inspiration To The Team, Fostering A Culture Of Innovation And Excellence.
  • Oversee The Design And Architecture Of Cutting-edge Cybersecurity Solutions That Meet Clients' Needs And Align With Industry Best Practices.
  • Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Ensure The Seamless Integration Of Security Solutions Within The Overall Product And Service Ecosystem.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience in the IT security sector, preferably in Presales/Consulting/Technical Sales roles with a track record of managing complex projects.
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, product design, and architecture design in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams - experience in managing and leading a team in the last 5 years of tenure.
