Scope of work :
- Manage, maintain and optimize HRIS software and its data
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for HR users, and developing training programs for system proficiency.
- Generating reports, metrics, and dashboards on key HR data like turnover, headcount, and performance.
- Working with HR to identify opportunities for process streamlining, optimization, and improvement through the HRIS.
- Analyzing HR data to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to help management make data-driven decisions.
Maintaining up-to-date files on each employee, including employment contracts, attendance, leave, and social security contributions.
Track employee leave, attendance, and other absences.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks
