Assistant Manager HR Operations

  1. Manage end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  2. Handle all aspects of personnel administration, including employee data management, contracts, attendance, and other HR documentation.
  3. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with internal policies and market competitiveness.
  4. Manage industrial relations matters, supporting the implementation of company regulations and maintaining positive relationships with employees and labor authorities.
  5. Ensure compliance with PPh 21 (income tax) calculations and reporting.
  6. Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency in HR operations.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support HR-related inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  8. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or personnel administration.
  3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in payroll management (both manual and HRIS-based).
  4. Solid understanding of PPh 21, HR administration, and Indonesian labor regulations.
  5. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  6. Diligent, detail-oriented, and highly organized in managing multiple priorities.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management ability.
