Job Description
- Leading a team of HR professionals to achieve company objectives.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Overseeing and managing performance appraisal system.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Supporting business needs through the effective management of HR operations.
Requirement
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager within global manufacturing setting.
- Sound knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- In-depth understanding of labour law and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
