  • Support HR Operations by creating internal communication materials, including flyers, announcements, and invitations for employees.
  • Assist in preparing and executing employee events, activities, and HR-related programs.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including organizing and filing employee documents, medical records, and business travel data.
  • Assist in distributing office and HR-related supplies based on system requests.
  • Maintain accurate and organized HR documentation and records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HRGA team as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder, undergraduate student, or fresh graduate majoring in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Human Resources, or related fields (minimum GPA 3.00).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and basic design tools such as Canva.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and high integrity.
  • Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Kuningan, South Jakarta (Monday–Friday).
  • Internship period: 3–6 months.
