What You'll Do

Role
Join our dynamic team at BCG and contribute to impactful government-related projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your career path, providing you with extensive professional growth and development. As a Consultant, you will:

  • Deliver expert consultation for government-related projects, including the development of case proposals and efficient process management
  • Actively engage with relevant client counterparts, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships
  • Regularly report project progress to leadership teams, offering insights and recommendations under the guidance of senior consultants and project leaders.
  • Support the delivery of selected project modules, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with project goals.

What You'll Bring

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience of min 5-8 years post-graduation
  • Experience in government/state-owned enterprise related cases/projects
  • Potentially have track record with long term transformation cases
  • Strong relationship management, connect with clients
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and strong drive to learn and self-development
