The Role

We're seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing team. You'll lead execution of client engagements, manage project workstreams, and serve as the primary on-site interface with client stakeholders. This role requires significant time at client locations, often for extended periods.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day execution of advisory engagements under partner direction
  • Manage teams of analysts and consultants: scoping, quality control, mentorship
  • Serve as primary client contact for operational and project matters
  • Develop financial models, strategic analyses, and executive presentations
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings across organizational levels
  • Coordinate across multiple business units and functional areas within client organizations
  • Support business development and proposal development as needed
  • Expect to be based on-site at client locations for majority of engagement duration

What You Bring

  • 4-6 years experience in advisory and/or assurance, management consulting, corporate finance, or strategic FP&A
  • Familiarity with accounting, financial statement and modeling
  • Direct experience working with family-owned businesses strongly preferred
  • Exposure to real sector industries (retail, hospitality, manufacturing, consumer goods, distribution)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects independently
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and business writing capabilities
  • Proven stakeholder management skills in complex environments
  • Willingness to be based on-site at client locations for extended periods (weeks to months)
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving project scopes
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus
