What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, offer letter and contract preparation, and HRIS data updates.
  • Manage BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan administration, ensuring timely registration, updates, and compliance.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying attendance and overtime data, and administering employee benefits.
  • Handle purchase order (PO) administration, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and policy compliance.
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS and assist with system improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or general HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan processes.
  • Familiar with payroll data preparation and HRIS or digital HR systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skill.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling employee data.
