Job Description:

Our client is a well established company in the beauty industry, with a long-standing reputation for manufacturing top-of-the-line beauty products and beauty services.

  • Production Performance and Efficiency: Ensure the performance, availability, and efficiency of production processes to meet scheduled orders and company standards.
  • Operational and Quality Compliance: Maintain machine schedules for effective utilization, ensure production quality meets company standards, and comply with ISO and occupational health and safety standards.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Plan, manage, and supervise production budget costs to align with the agreed budget, and develop and implement manpower planning.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement efforts to increase departmental efficiency and work processes.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Coordinate and implement PEF, and report on key performance indicators (KPI) and performance efficiency factors (PEF).
Job Requirements:
  • Educational and Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years as a Production Supervisor, or an Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years in the role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer operation and reporting applications, specifically Microsoft Office.
  • Language and Analytical Skills: Possesses at least passive English language skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Quality Management Knowledge: Understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
  • Industry and Machinery Expertise: Good knowledge of paper printing machines (offset, die-cut, folded glue, digital printing), with preferred experience in manufacturing, quality management, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
