PT Fumindo Mandiri Sejahtera is one of Indonesia's fastest-growing pest control & fumigation companies. As we scale nationally, we need a high-caliber HR in building the people systems, leadership pipelines, and operational discipline needed to support 30+ branches in the next 5 years.
Role Summary
The HR Manager leads the full HR lifecycle across recruitment, organizational development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance. This role is accountable for building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring HR processes run with operational discipline, and partnering directly with management to support company-wide growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Build and execute recruitment plans for Sales, Field Ops, QA, and Support functions.
- Drive Leadership Program and fast-track supervisor hiring.
- Ensure manpower forecasting aligns with branch expansion targets.
HR Ops & Compliance
- Manage employee data, contracts, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Lead onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure quality control.
- Maintain HRIS systems (Talenta, Microsoft 365, internal trackers).
Performance & Development
- Implement KPI frameworks for all divisions (Sales, Ops, QA, BD, Support).
- Run quarterly performance reviews, promotion scoring, and competency assessments.
- Support internal academies: Sales Academy, BD Academy, QA Academy, OLP.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Governance
- Oversee payroll accuracy through Talenta + finance coordination.
- Administer incentive programs (Ops productivity, Sales commission, certification incentives).
- Benchmark and maintain compensation bands.
Organizational Development (OD)
- Maintain job levels, org charts, job descriptions, and career paths.
- Support Internal Business Process execution (QA reporting, compliance, audit cadence).
- Drive culture building, engagement programs, and leadership development.
HR Strategy & Execution Discipline
- Advise management on workforce issues and organization design.
- Lead HR initiatives supporting national expansion.
- Establish documentation standards (SOP, policy, memos).
Qualification
- Min. 3 years experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HRBP roles.
- Strong understanding of payroll, labor law, and HR compliance.
- Proven experience building HR systems and implementing new processes.
- Comfortable with numbers, KPI frameworks, and data-driven decision making.
- Hands-on, execution-focused, and able to operate with speed.
- Experience in service/operations-heavy companies is a strong plus.
- Familiar with Talenta, Microsoft Office/Teams, and HRIS tools.
