Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, but with some work-from-home flexibility. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets, managing customer relationships, identifying new markets and customer needs, and providing market feedback to the company. Additional tasks include preparing sales reports, coordinating with the marketing team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient post-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Sales Forecasting skills
  • Customer Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Communication skills
  • Experience in the industrial valve industry or related sectors is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
