What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and Drive the sales team – Guide and manage the team to consistently exceed sales targets while optimizing resources.
  • Develop Skills and Capabilities – Coach and mentor team members, creating personalized development plans to boost performance.
  • Analyze Sales Performance Metrics – Monitor and assess sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Micromanagement – Strong skills in managing time, tools, and personnel to optimize productivity.
  • Sales Expertise – Proven track record of sales success, with the ability to lead by example and close deals.
  • Coaching and Mentoring – Skilled in providing constructive feedback and ongoing support for team growth.
  • Local Marketing Strategy – Ability to plan and execute offline marketing initiatives to attract new leads and drive foot traffic.
  • English Proficiency - Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
