Key Responsibilities

1. Data & Performance Tracking

  • Collect, track, and analyze marketing metrics across all channels (social media, content, campaigns, collaborations, ads, etc.)
  • Build dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Measure efficiency and output of each marketing team member
  • Identify bottlenecks, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities
  • Maintain a performance database for historical reference
2. Strategy & Planning
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve brand growth, engagement, and conversion
  • Support the business owner in setting quarterly marketing goals and KPIs
  • Bring fresh POVs and industry insights to strengthen marketing direction
  • Collaborate with Creative Lead to align creative ideas with data-driven strategy
  • Assist in planning campaigns, content pillars, and experimentation initiatives
3. Team Performance Evaluation
  • Evaluate workload, productivity, and project contribution of each team member
  • Provide objective performance insights to support promotions, restructuring, or training decisions
  • Work with the business owner to improve team organization and workflow
  • Monitor timeline adherence and resource use to ensure operational efficiency
4. Reporting & Communication
  • Present weekly summaries and monthly reports to the business owner
  • Communicate performance findings clearly to the marketing team
  • Provide action points to improve campaigns, content quality, and team output
  • Convert complex data into simple, actionable visuals + insights
5. Process Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies in content production, campaign flow, and team coordination
  • Develop recommendations to make marketing processes smoother and more productive
  • Work closely with Creative Lead to streamline task handovers, deadlines, and execution workflows
  • Conduct post-mortems after campaigns to ensure continuous learning
