Responsibilities :

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance-driven advertising and be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years in same position in developing digital marketing strategies campaigns across various platform
  • In-depth knowledge and skilled in managing and scaling various marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok,)
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, create performance reports, and derive insights to drive optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong analytical thinking skill and adept in technical data processing tools, data storytelling and visualization to translate big data into digestible reports
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams
