Offline Marketing Lead

Responsibilites :
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of all offline marketing activities, including campaigns, event activations, in-store promotions, partnerships, and branding initiatives.
- Develop marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, brand awareness, and sales performance across offline stores.
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, operations, and brand principal teams to ensure alignment on creative direction and brand messaging.
- Manage offline events such as product launches, workshops, beauty classes, brand activations, KOL/creator offline sessions, and community events.
- Monitor campaign performance using key KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROI, campaign impact).
- Oversee marketing budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure high-quality execution within timelines.
- Develop offline branding materials (POP, signage, packaging, displays, and promotional materials).
- Analyze retail, lifestyle and beauty industry trends to design relevant marketing strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the offline marketing team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 of experience in retail, beauty, or lifestyle industry, specifically in offline marketing or brand activation.
- Proven experience in leading store/area-level events and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the beauty & lifestyle segment.
- Existing network of vendors, event organizers, and partnerships is a plus.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and branding sense.
- Experience leading a team is an advantage.
