About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Supervisor to lead and oversee marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth while leading a team of marketing professionals.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation

  • Collaborate with sales, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging

  • Prepare regular reports and present insights to management


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
