Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Supervisor located in Subang. The HSE Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental procedures and policies in the workplace. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with local safety regulations, leading accident investigations, performing regular inspections, and providing guidance on occupational health and safety standards. The individual will also be expected to lead initiatives for workplace safety improvements and regular staff training to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications

1). Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.

2). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction or industrial safety.

3). Certified in HSE / K3 (e.g., AK3 Umum or equivalent).

4). Good knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency procedures.

5). Strong communication and reporting skills.Able to work independently and coordinate with project teams
