Key Responsibilities :

  1. Ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meets company standards.
  2. Conduct inspections, testing, equipment calibration, and critical quality point control.
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems (ISO 9001:2015, GMP, Halal).
  4. Support New Product Development (NPD) for raw materials and packaging materials.
  5. Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and communicate updates to Quality Headquarters.
  6. Handle product registration and renewal processes with the Ministry of Health and BPOM.
  7. Perform basic HSE activities, such as hazard identification, PPE control, pest control oversight, and Emergency Response Team support.
  8. Make quality decisions, including approve/reject materials, IPC results, finished goods, and stopping production for critical defects.

Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, or chemical-related industries.
  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015, GMP, or Halal Certification is an advantage.
  • Experience handling BPOM/Ministry of Health product registration is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of quality inspection, sampling, IPC, and FG quality control.
  • Skilled in internal audits and supporting external audits.
  • Strong documentation skills (SOP, WI, QC forms).
  • Basic knowledge of HSE (hazard identification, PPE, emergency response, pest control).
  • Must be able to speak and communicate professionally in English.
  • Willing to work at our factory in Jatake, Tangerang.
