About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team at Local Performance Gym' in Tangerang Banten. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing the interiors of our state-of-the-art gym facilities, ensuring they are visually appealing, functional and aligned with our brand identity.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with the broader project team to understand the gym's design requirements and objectives
  2. Create detailed interior design plans, including layouts, colour schemes, furniture selections and lighting
  3. Ensure designs meet all relevant building regulations and accessibility standards
  4. Source and negotiate with suppliers to procure high-quality, cost-effective materials and furnishings
  5. Manage the installation and implementation of your designs, working closely with construction teams
  6. Provide ongoing support and recommendations to maintain the gym's interiors

What we're looking for

  1. Formal qualifications in Interior Design or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience designing interiors for commercial fitness or leisure facilities
  3. Excellent understanding of design principles, trends and materials
  4. Strong project management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  6. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and the Adobe Creative Suite
  7. Have an active lifestyle
