Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Oversee and improve compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, BPJS, taxes, and ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Accounting to ensure proper payroll documentation and compliance with regulations.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and maintain a strong company culture.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including KPI setting, appraisals, and feedback.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Manage HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment status, payroll summaries).
  • Lead and coach the HR team to ensure smooth operations and professional development.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in payroll management and knowledge of payroll software/systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
