About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team at PT TRANS NUSA AVIATION MANDIRI' in Jakarta. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources functions of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding
  • Provide HR administrative support, such as maintaining personnel records, processing payroll, and administering employee benefits
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and concerns
  • Participate in the planning and execution of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training programs
  • Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing HR expertise and advice to support the achievement of organisational goals

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably experienced in end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions
  • Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of relevant HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia
