Opportunity:

As the HRGA for the Clubhouse - Padel Sport, you will be responsible for managing the human resources functions of our sporting initiative while ensuring that our padel sports activities foster teamwork, encourage fitness, and promote a sense of community. You will work closely with management to implement programs that enhance employee engagement through sports.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and training of staff for the Clubhouse - Padel Sport.
  • Organize and manage sporting events, tournaments, and other recreational activities.
  • Coordinate with trainers, club members, and external partners to facilitate successful sports programs.
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants in padel sports activities.
  • Manage membership registrations, communicate with members, and handle inquiries or issues related to the Clubhouse.
  • Maintain records of participation, health and safety guidelines, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support initiatives to promote wellness, fitness, and community involvement among employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ experience in human resources, club management, or a similar role, preferably in sports or recreational settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage various programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for sports, particularly padel, and an understanding of team dynamics and community building.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
