Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
  • Administer payroll coordination, benefits, and employee insurance programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal regulations
  • Support performance management, employee evaluations, and disciplinary processes
  • Address employee relations matters and resolve workplace issues professionally
  • Organize training, development programs, and employee engagement activities

General Affairs:

  • Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination
  • Manage office supplies, assets, and inventory control
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and internal activities
  • Handle government-related documentation, permits, licenses, and renewals
  • Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety standards
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in HR and General Affairs roles
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
