Position Overview

This position is responsible for supporting and implementing a wide range of HR functions to ensure efficient and effective management of the organization's human resources. This role assist in the administration of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and HR policy compliance.

This position works closely with managers and employees to provide day-to-day HR support, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment with company values and legal requirement.

Key Outcomes:

Effective recruitment and onboarding

  • Positions are filled promptly with qualified candidates.
  • New employees are successfully integrated into the organization through smooth onboarding processes.

Accurate HR data and documentation

  • Employees records, contracts, and HR databases are kept accurate, up to date, and compliant with confidentiality standards

Compliance with policies and procedures

  • HR operations fully comply with labor laws, organizational policies, and audit requirements.

Positive employee relations

  • Employees' concerns and grievances are addressed promptly and fairly, supporting a harmonious work environment.

Efficient HR administration

  • HR processes such as attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and benefits administration are executed accurately and on time.

Support for performance and development

  • Performance appraisals are conducted according to schedule, with employee development needs effectively tracked and supported.

Enhance employee engagement

  • HR initiatives contribute to improved employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment and selection

  • Assist in workforce planning and identify staffing needs in coordination with department heads.
  • Prepare and post job advertisement, screen application, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Conduct initial interviews and reference checks.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.

Employee records and HR administration

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR databases.
  • Update employee information such as contracts, position changes, and personal details.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation as required.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and attendance monitoring.

Performance management and development

  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process and ensure timely submission of evaluations.
  • Support supervisors in identifying training and development needs.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external training programs

Employee relations and engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support in handling grievances and disciplinary cases in line with HR policies.
  • Participate in initiatives that promote employee welfare and engagement

Policy implementation and compliance.

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and implemented consistently.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Support internal and external HR audits as required

General HR support

  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, reports, and HR events.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR manager or Chief of Operation.

Selection Criteria

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of HR experience.
  3. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relation, HR administration, and performance management support
  4. Strong understanding of HR functions, practices, and employment regulations.
  5. Ability to contribute to organizational development and employee engagement initiatives

Preferred:

  1. Experience working in a hospital, healthcare, or service-oriented organization.
  2. Certification or training in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  3. Familiarity with HR digital tools and payroll systems
