A. Job Description
- Manage and organize the CEO's schedule, agenda, and meetings, including preparing minutes and following up on action items.
- Act as the main communication bridge between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders in a professional and effective manner.
- Handle all correspondence, including letters, phone calls, and emails related to the CEO's activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and conduct research to support the CEO's strategic needs.
- Arrange the CEO's business travel, including ticketing, accommodation, transportation, and travel documentation.
- Manage confidential and sensitive documents with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Handle budgeting, expense management, and administrative needs related to the CEO's office.
- Ensure all the CEO's activities are executed efficiently according to priorities and schedules.
B. Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least
3 years of experience
as a Secretary or Personal Assistant for Board of Directors (BOD) or Board of Commissioners (BOC) level. - Proficient in foreign languages —
English is a must. - Tech-savvy and proficient in
Microsoft Office
and related digital tools. - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in problem solving and analytical thinking.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
