A. Job Description

  • Manage and organize the CEO's schedule, agenda, and meetings, including preparing minutes and following up on action items.
  • Act as the main communication bridge between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders in a professional and effective manner.
  • Handle all correspondence, including letters, phone calls, and emails related to the CEO's activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and conduct research to support the CEO's strategic needs.
  • Arrange the CEO's business travel, including ticketing, accommodation, transportation, and travel documentation.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive documents with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Handle budgeting, expense management, and administrative needs related to the CEO's office.
  • Ensure all the CEO's activities are executed efficiently according to priorities and schedules.

B. Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least
    3 years of experience
    as a Secretary or Personal Assistant for Board of Directors (BOD) or Board of Commissioners (BOC) level.
  • Proficient in foreign languages —
    English is a must.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in
    Microsoft Office
    and related digital tools.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in problem solving and analytical thinking.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
