What You Will Do

As a
Project Manager
, As a Project Manager, you're expected to work confidently with systems and support Lèngua in improving our project management processes alongside the Operation Director. Your role is to ensure projects run smoothly and stay within timeline and scope, even during high-pressure moments.

Your goal?
To take the quality of Project Management to a higher level. You are part of the Operations team and play a key role in bringing clarity and structure to our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tasks across internal teams and maintain a smooth workflow from brief to delivery.
  • Plan schedules, track project progress, and maintain accurate timelines.
  • Assign resources based on priority, workload capacity, and required skillset.
  • Efficiently plan internal resources for high-volume, social-first creative campaigns.
  • Act fast on last-minute or urgent requests.
  • Identify bottlenecks early and adjust plans to keep projects moving.
  • Act as the go-to person for Creative and Creator team availability and workload status.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with Client Services and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide monthly reporting to internal teams and clients.
  • Support ongoing improvements in workflow and operations processes.
  • Lead and mentor
    Project Officers
    on your team.
  • Use work management tools such as
    Lark Base, Monday
    , or similar platforms.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

Who you are You are at Senior level and you're a natural organizer with a sharp eye for detail. You have a solid understanding of creative workflows and bring clarity even during peak chaos. You're confident, proactive, and comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.

In Addition, You Have:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    as a Project Manager, Traffic Manager, or similar role
  • (or 4–5 years as a Project Officer / Planner)
    in a social-media-first creative agency.
  • You're able to juggle multiple projects, shifting priorities as needed;
  • Strong capabilities in setting up, planning, adjusting, and guiding creative workstreams.
